Psari Plaki - How to Make
- Start this authentic psari plaki recipe by preheating the oven to 350ºF.
- Take a 9 13-inch baking pan and brush it with olive oil. Place the fish fillets in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place onion slices on top of the fish and sprinkle parsley over all.
- Drain tomatoes and scatter over fish, onions, and parsley.
- Place baking dish on middle oven rack and bake 30 minutes, or until tender, basting occasionally with pan juices.
