This baked feta recipe requires the following ingredients: feta cheese, tomato, green pepper (optional), oregano, Greek olive oil, and bukovo spice which is a Balkan spice made of dried red peppers. This spice is popular in Northern Greece can be sweet or chilly depending on the recipe. For this recipe, I prefer the chilly version.

Baked Feta - Ingredients
- 250 g of feta cheese cut into two rectangular pieces.
- 1 tomato, cut into slices, cut.
- 1 green pepper, cut (optional)
- Greek olive oil
- Oregano
- Bukovo
- Aluminum foil, two pieces to cover the cheese pieces.
Baked Feta - How to make
- Start this baked feta recipe by washing well the vegetables before cutting them.
- Allow the vegetables to dry.
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- Take one piece of feta cheese and put it in the center of the aluminum foil.
- Place the cut vegetables on the feta cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and bukovo.
- Pour with some Greek olive oil, and wrap the aluminum foil.
- Repeat the same process for the other feta cheese piece.
- Place into oven and bake for around 30 minutes.
- Serve.
